Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ads Pantry website and subscription service operated by Ads Pantry LLC. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ads Pantry delivers 3 fresh, professionally written advertisements to your email inbox each month for the duration of your active subscription. Ads are intended for use by service-based businesses.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Monthly plan: $100 per month, billed monthly, recurring until canceled.
  • Annual plan: $1,000 per year, billed annually, recurring until canceled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
  • Valid promotional codes apply a 10% discount to the monthly subscription only.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

License to Use the Ads

While your subscription is active, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and publish the ads we deliver for your own business — including adding your logo and contact details. You may not resell or redistribute the ads as a competing product.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the ads truthfully and in compliance with applicable advertising laws.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or business results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
